KRISTY MCSWEENEY - PRINCIPAL

Kristy has served as media adviser and strategist for a Prime Minister, two Premiers, several trade and industrial relations Ministers and many of the best-known figures in Australian corporate life.
The companies she has advised include MYOB, Deliveroo, HCL, Tata, Qantas, Air New Zealand, PwC, JBWere, National Australia Bank, the Stockbrokers’ Association of Australia, Asia Society, the Scanlon Family Private Office through Community Hubs Australia, the National Basketball League and LK Property as part of the LK Group, Peter Higgins Family Private Office (Mortgage Choice founder, Sydney Polo Club) and other private holding companies of leading entrepreneurs.
Kristy has specific expertise in industrial relations, property, trade and investment and has structured trade missions for the Victorian and Federal Government to China, the USA and the UAE and investment roadshows for private companies.

She is a regular political analyst contributor to the Sky News Network and ABC Melbourne 774am and holds a Bachelor of Communications from Edith Cowan University and a Masters in Politics and Public Policy from Macquarie University.

ANDREW SHOLL – SENIOR COUNSEL

Andrew’s career spans government, media and industry across three decades and three continents. He has had a long career in Labor politics in Australia and the UK.
He has advised global companies including Google, Walmart, REA Group and the European broadcasters Sky and RTL. In 1997 he was dubbed by Newsweek magazine “the most influential foreigner” involved in Tony Blair’s landslide UK election victory. For five years he ran the communications function for Australia’s largest infrastructure project, the National Broadband Network, and recently restructured the Guardian News Group’s United States marketing function.
Andrew is a former senior journalist for the ABC. He is the author of a best-selling book on English usage, The Name Game.
